Dublin, Madrid, New York, and Aotearoa New Zealand in 24 hours
I'm in the middle of work on new projects and haven't had time to share much about our participation at Cadence Video Poetry in Seattle among other things. But with so many things happening all at once, I thought I should at least try to share these:
Friday 13 June, I'll be at the Madrid Book Fair in the Retiro Park, Caseta 23 (La Sombra de Caín), 5:30–6:30 pm, signing copies of La rebeldía del sol ('Rebellious Sun', Olifante Ediciones de Poesía). Come along!
Also, Friday 13 June, our poetry film Casas Errantes | Wandering Houses will be shown at Bloomsday Film Festival at 5pm in Belvedere House, Dublin. Wish I was there!
Then on Saturday 14 June in Aotearoa New Zealand (Friday 13 in Spain!), I participate in a reading of micro stories from the anthology Te Moana o Reo | Ocean of Languages as part of the 2025 Festival of Flash for National Flash Fiction Day NZ. Luckily it's been pre-recorded and I was able to read my story Casa Vacía | Empty House on a balcony in Soria in the morning sun.
…and you can read a selection of my poems recently published in Farol #3, Journal of Literature and Other Arts, University at Buffalo: The State University of New York.
